Requirements:

  • 1 + years of experience in HR, (HR+experience as an operation manager is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Skills in candidates search and selection (direct search and headhunting are a huge plus)
  • Ability to full-cycle recruitment process smoothly and quickly
  • Understanding of IT domain specifics and job market
  • Experience in communication with foreign clients
  • Upper-Intermediate level of written and conversational English;
  • Personal qualities:
  • A self-driven person, who is able to manage own time and priorities and work in a multitask mode
  • Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, positive and result-oriented attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting different Technology and Non-technology positions (Trainee-Middle Level) and participating in all stages of the recruiting process;
  • Searching and selection, including active search and headhunting;
  • Conducting HR interviews followed by written and oral candidates’ evaluation and presentation;
  • Organizing onboarding and support during the trial period (first day, first week, first month);
  • Explaining company policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees;
  • Operational tasks (Purchase of software equipment, documentary support, etc);
