We are seeking a Business Analyst with the vision and ambition to grow into a Product Owner role. This position requires expertise in the Salesforce and a focus on business strategy and product profitability. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders, including the Client Success Team, Product Director, and Consulting Team, and report directly to the Director of Products. In this role, you will work not only with the requirements themselves but with the product roadmap and strategy, contributing directly to the company’s growth and engaging in high-level discussions with company owners and sponsors. 

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a track record of involvement in Salesforce projects / products. 
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to align product initiatives with organizational goals. 
  • Practical experience using tools like Jira for project tracking 
  • Expertise in BA techniques, including user story creation, root cause analysis, and functional decomposition. 
  • Solid knowledge of Requirements Lifecycle Management and SDLC. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and align business requirements with strategic goals. 
  • Work side-by-side with Director of Products on products’ roadmap and strategy 
  • Translate business objectives into actionable user stories, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 
  • Actively use tools like Jira for product scope tracking  
  • Facilitate backlog grooming and prioritize features based on business impact. 
  • Provide insights into market trends and customer needs to influence product direction. 
  • Manage change requests while ensuring consistent documentation across all projects. 
  • Support UAT and testing processes, working closely with stakeholders and development teams.
