In your work, you will directly cooperate with company Owners, Consultants, Managers, and Architects from the US and Ukraine.

  • Play SME role in pre-sales calls and discovery phases
  • Gather requirements from clients through in-depth interviews, documentation analysis, whiteboarding sessions, etc.
  • Assist clients in defining CRM implementation project objectives and scope
  • Analyze business requirements and create artifacts, including use-cases, sequence flow, wireframes, UML, BPMN diagrams
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the project based on business requirements and system analysis
  • Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports, and Dashboards
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations for key stakeholders
  • Establish and oversee the customer’s initial adoption, training, and development of best practices to build a strong foundation before and during the initial rollout
  • Constant improvement of consulting and Implementation processes in a company


  • 2+ years of CRM experience and proven understanding of a full software development lifecycle
  • Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translating into a solution that can be effectively implemented
  • Hands-on experience Salesforce administration and/or a background in Salesforce Consulting
  • Knowledge of Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Finance Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange solutions
  • At least one of the following Salesforce Certifications preferred – Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • The ability to problem solve and understand how a business process can be enhanced and improved using Salesforce, coupled with the knowledge of choosing the most effective option for a customer
  • Effective and structured presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills

Will be a plus:

  • Azure DevOps or Jira experience
  • CPQ, App builder, Sharing and Visibility Designer Certifications
