About the project: 

Ascendix invites an experienced Pardot Consultant to play the SME role and lead the Pardot implementation for a US-based biopharmaceutical consulting company that provides strategic business development to life sciences firms.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Play SME role in pre-sales calls and discovery phases 
  • Review requests from the business, propose and implement solutions 
  • Write functional spec and analyze business requirements, including use-cases, sequences flow, wireframes 
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the project based on business requirements and system analysis 
  • Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards 
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations for key stakeholders 
  • Establish and oversee the customer’s initial adoption, training and development of best practices to build a strong foundation before and during initial rollout 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translate into a solution that can be effectively implemented 
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot implementation 
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce administration and/or a background in Salesforce Consulting 
  • At least one of the following Salesforce Certifications are preferred (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Pardot Specialist, Pardot Consultant, Lightning App Builder) 
  • Ability to problem solve and understand how a business process can be enhanced and improved using Salesforce, coupled with the knowledge of choosing the most effective option for a customer 
  • Effective and structured presentation, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills 
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must 

Will be a plus: 

  • Azure DevOps or Jira experience 
  • CPQ, Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud Certifications
