We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant with a specialized focus on Business Analysis to join our diverse, global team. This role is integral to our growth and customer satisfaction, serving as the bridge between our technical team and our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will offer not only technical prowess but also superior communication skills, an analytical mindset, and mentorship abilities. This opportunity is perfect for those who excel in diplomatic client interactions and enjoy guiding team members towards professional growth.


  • Lead and contribute to Salesforce implementation and consultation projects.  
  • Act as a liaison between our technical experts and our U.S.-based clients, ensuring seamless and effective communication.  
  • Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation and validation.  
  • Lead design, development, and demo meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to the decision-making process  
  • Engage in pre-sales activities together with international pursuit team and win new customers   


  • Extensive experience with Salesforce. 
  • Business Analyst certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.  
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on diplomacy and client relations.  
  • Proficiency in English, tailored to the U.S. market; additional languages are a plus but not required. 
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentorship abilities.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Team player committed to collective success.
