We are looking for a Recruiter who help us with growing awesome Asscendix team.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the full recruitment lifecycle resulting in successful job-offering and contract signing
- Searching and selection, including active search and headhunting
- Conducting HR interviews followed by written and oral candidates’ evaluation and presentation
- Providing top-notch recruitment services and consultancy within IT area
- Cooperation with local project managers on positions open with their teams on daily basis
- Reporting to Recruitment Lead on a daily basis about recruitment workflow and results
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists at international companies or recruitment agencies
- Skills in candidates search and selection (direct search and headhunting are a huge plus)
- Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process smoothly and quickly
- Understanding of IT domain specifics and job market
- Experience in communication with foreign clients
- Advanced level of written and conversational English
- Good command of Polish

- Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, positive and result-oriented attitude
