Who We Are

Wes Snow and Todd Terry, co-founders of Ascendix Technologies

Ascendix Technologies was founded in 1996 by two friends Wes Snow and Todd Terry in Dallas, Texas with a bold vision to digitally transform the industries that suffered from opaque systems and processes.

For almost 20 years now, we’ve remained committed to automating real estate – an industry that was, and in many cases still is untouched by technological innovation.

At Ascendix, we’re trying to address this with state-of-the-art proptech solutions and expert CRM consulting services. Our mission is to equip real estate professionals with powerful tools to streamline their workflows and drive greater success.

Our Proptech Journey Over the Years

1996

Ascendix was founded. It all started in Dallas, Texas, with a vision our founders Wes Snow and Todd Terry had to transform business workflows with CRM technology.

And although real estate was not our main focal point at the time, we were already providing CRM services to some commercial real estate (CRE) clients.

1999

1999 was a pivotal year for us. We became a Microsoft Dynamics Partner, which marked a tectonic shift in our technology capabilities.

As fate would have it, we began to forge close ties with real estate investment trusts (REITs) during this time, allowing us to gain exposure to the investment and property management challenges they faced.

As we delved deeper into the industry, it became clear that automation was sorely needed to streamline operations. And that’s what we could offer.

2001

We started our partnership with Salesforce.com.

By then, we already had around 500 CRE clients on the portfolio, for whom we developed custom solutions to streamline their lead and property management.

We soon realized that those services could be packaged into a handy solution that would solve the needs of our clients without the need to invent the wheel all over again.

2003-2004

We embarked on an exciting journey to create our very own proptech product that would revolutionize the way commercial real estate brokers worked. By 2005, we had already built the first versions.

We called our product Real Estate Advantage back then, but you most probably know and love this solution by a different name today – AscendixRE. A CRM system that helps brokers ascend their business growth and efficiency.

This article, dating back to 2003, represents one of the earliest recognitions of our trailblazing efforts in proptech development.

2007

We started our cooperation with Colliers International, a leading real estate services company that provides brokerage and property management, construction, valuation, and advisory, among other services.

Our collaboration started with implementing and customizing Dynamics 365, and since then, we have worked on multiple updates and upgrades to enhance the platform’s performance, as well as partnered with them to build ColliersView, an advanced real estate listing software.

2010

We started our second business-changing partnership – this time with JLL – a global leader in commercial real estate services.

Together, we simplified and boosted the CRM data usage processes in the company, and helped JLL integrate its business assets into Dynamics 365 CRM.

This successful partnership, spanning over a decade, has added another layer of real estate expertise to our portfolio, complementing our previous collaborations with top industry players like Colliers and others.

AscendixTech Outsourcing Journey

2005-2022

Driven by a passion for growth and a commitment to delivering exceptional services, we embarked on our outsourcing journey, which took us to 7 locations.

Our journey brought us to Ukraine, where we established our foothold before expanding to Portugal and beyond.

Today we are proud to have five offices worldwide, including he US, Portugal, Poland, Ukraine, and Luxembourg.
