Requirements: 

  • Experience in selling SaaS products 
  • Excellent English speaking/writing skills 
  • Great communication and selling skills 
  • Self-starter 
  • Easy-going person with positive disposition able to earn one’s favor 
  • Willing to work hours aligned with US business hours 

Will be a plus:  

  • Technically competent (either possesses a fundamental understanding of technology and/or has the ability/aptitude to learn it quickly.   
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM 
  • Working experience in IT industry 
  • Experience with Commercial Real Estate sector 

Responsibilities:  

  • Demonstration of product offerings – the sales rep will be capable of demonstrating the product offerings with great fluency.  These demonstrations will be held exclusively online via a web conference medium in English. 
  • Prospecting – using the phone, email and social tools like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, the sales rep will in a constant state of prospecting for new leads and establishing relationships with influential contacts within target accounts. 
  • Following up with incoming leads and getting a meeting scheduled to demo the product. After the demo, doing the proper follow-up with the prospects by email to establish relationships and educate the target market.  
  • Cold and warm sales calls – the telephone is one of the best tools of a productive sales rep and having calls with unqualified leads as well as viable prospects will be common place to establish a relationship and educate the lead/prospect on our offerings 
  • Communicating pricing plans for offerings – The sales rep will have a comprehensive understanding of the pricing of the products in order to effectively communicate the investment the prospect would be making in the product. 
  • Submitting contracts – the sales rep will be responsible for submitting the contracts and processing the orders for each transaction 
  • Closing the sale – the sales rep will be 100% responsible for closing the sale and getting the contract signed
