  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists at international companies or recruitment
  • Skills in candidates search and selection (direct search and headhunting are a huge plus)
  • Ability to full cycle recruitment process smoothly and quickly
  • Understanding of IT domain specifics and job market
  • Experience in communication with foreign clients
  • Upper-Intermediate level of written and conversational English
  • Personal qualities
  • A self-driven person, who is able to manage own time and priorities and work in a multitask mode
  • Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, positive and result-oriented attitude

Would be a plus: 

  • Conversational level of Ukrainian or Russian


  • Cooperation with HR on Recruiting Processes’ enhancement
  • Leading the full recruitment lifecycle resulting in successful job-offering and contract signing
  • Searching and selection, including active search and headhunting
  • Conducting HR interviews followed by written and oral candidates’ evaluation and presentation
  • Providing top-notch recruitment services and consultancy within IT area
  • Cooperation with local project managers on positions open with their teams on daily basis
